Clean Energy Power Project is a nonprofit organization whose main mission is to educate our communities about how to coexist with industrialization while protecting our planet as we transition to renewable energy. Working across multiple sectors, partners, nationally and globally, we provide a suite of services in support of our mission to educate and train individuals to create a sustainable and stable local economy where our projects are. This includes direct technical assistance; facilitation of ongoing projects and research, knowledge management & communications, leadership building, and workforce development for the renewable energy sector.
Combating climate change is not done singlehandedly. The rising debate about how "real" climate change is will always be controversial. Seeing the disparity of opinions and apparent misinformation about what other people might consider a political propaganda, Clean Energy Power Projects deletes politics from its mission and works unbiased towards looking and examining researches about how we could move forward towards NETZERO emisions by 2050 and work collaboratively with partners in realizing this vision. With an objective lens, unclouded by political agenda, CEPP created programs that help educate kids of all ages, youth, young adult, workforce, veterans, and people with passion about helping with transitioning to renewables.
Founded by Deerdrei Vu, a veteran public school teacher, Clean Energy Power Project was conceived with the little ones in mind. "We need to educate our children on how to help conserve, preserve, and reserve our natural resources so they may carry these habits and knowledge as they progress into responsible citizens," says our founder and director.
It soon evolved into meaningful partnerships with local communities, businesses, industries, workforce, and research partners on how to better address environmental degradation and the growing demand for natural resources. CEPP's focus is on addressing global weather and energy challenges. We also support the mitigation of the social, health, and environmental impacts of the already-existing norm of energy usage.
Information and knowledge are key factors in building communities that work together for the same goal - conservation and preservation. We have schedules for outreach programs for the Fiscal Year 2022 for outreach and trainings.
We have volunteers who are trained to educate those who are interested in learning about careers in the renewable industry. As we get more volunteers to donate their time and expertise, we are able to benefit more people as we encourage them to pursue a job in the renewable sector. Please reach out to us if you want to volunteer your time to educate or train individuals in any field in renewables.
Our Partners are school districts, private schools, churches, other nonprofit organization, neighborhoods, local communities, tribal communities, and international advocates who share the same mission-vision in protecting and preserving our planet by using renewable energy.
With our partners in the solar, wind, geothermal, and hydropower industries, we are able to reach people in different areas to connect them with industries that offer trainings, apprenticeship, actively hiring, and those offering paid internships or grants to have a career in the renewable industry
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and fund our mission. Your donation is fully tax deductible.
